1. Risk assessement agreed and submitted
2. created the PPIP York Constitution
3. Confirmed venue for film screening - Wentworth Common Room 6-9 pm 22 Dec 2009. Confirm equipments for viewing at next meeting
4. New Years Celebration: Hensi will propose a few possibilities for New Year's trip to celebrate. More activities for celebration will be planned at next meeting.
5. Participation in ISA Internatioanal Week Spring Term 2:

• Fiesta

• Food

• Budget will be provided by ISA
• Possible Recipe/Menu were discussed.

• Decoration

• Ask other PPI to borrow inventory

• Culture performance

• Patty is responsible for the dance
• Hensi is responsible for costumes
• Sri is responsible for music

Need to confirm what dance with members. The options are Saman (Aceh) or Plate dance (Padang). Deadline: Monday 14 Desember 2009 at 11pm Draft practice schedule

6. IFS: still looking for Laskar Pelangi with English subtitle. Patty has one without the subtitle. In case it's not found we will play Ayat-ayat Cinta with English Subtitle. Confirm and write invitation for members and public.
7. Contacted Malaysian Society regarding ASEAN night and discussion on culture
